StudyFox: From Exam Panic to 100% Pass Rate
How juggling a full-time job and part-time psychology studies led me to build an AI-powered study system - and how my entire university group ended up passing every single exam.

I'm studying Psychology at SWPS University alongside my 15-year career in QA engineering. The combination of full-time work and part-time studies means every hour of study time has to count. Weekend exams, dense material, and no room for inefficient learning.
I started building a system for myself - something to help me organize material, track progress, and actually retain what I was studying. The kind of tool I wished existed but couldn't find anywhere that fit my specific workflow.

The idea hit me on my way back from an exam. By the time I got home, I had Claude Code open and was iterating on the first version. Within 12 hours I had a landing page live, shared it with my university group, and got 100 visitors in the first few hours with 5 newsletter signups.
But the real magic happened when I shared the actual tool with my study group. They didn't just use it - they helped shape it. Features I wouldn't have thought of started appearing because the people using it were the ones suggesting improvements. A feedback loop that made the product better for everyone, including me.

The most important metric? Everyone in my study group who used the system passed all their exams. Not most of them - all of them. The last exam was a breeze, with everyone going in ultra-comfortable and confident.

What started as a personal tool is starting to look like a real product. The feedback from my group has been overwhelmingly positive, and I'm seeing patterns in how people study that could benefit a much wider audience - especially part-time students juggling work and education.
Building something that 100% would not have been possible outside of the AI era. The speed from idea to working product, the ability to iterate based on real user feedback within days - this is what excites me most about building with AI tools. The product itself helps people learn, and it was built using the very tools that are reshaping how we learn and work.
